As a yoga center of learning, levels are offered to keep you on the path at a steady pace. Each level encompasses a repertoire of poses, or asana, from a syllabus. The classes are built upon systematically and sequentially. This building block method enables one to acquire understanding in body and mind. Explanations on how to perform the asana and pranayama are given to empower and feed a home practice. This gradual approach to advancement in levels takes time, thus each level may last for one or more years.
Youth and Teens
Several of our teachers have experience teaching children. For groups of 7 or more, we can provide classes for youth ages seven and up. Contact us if you have a group, we will provide the teacher. For youth new to yoga, start in Level I or I-II. Teens welcome.
Yoga practice for expectant Moms is given per level of practice and per trimester. When prenatal class is not on schedule, then come to Monday @ 11:45, Therapeutics, Restorative, and Easy pace. Other options may be available, contact us.
